The Manitou Springs Girls Wrestling team has wrapped up an incredible season, earning top honors at both the regional and state levels. These outstanding athletes showcased their determination, skill, and Mustang pride all year, culminating in a record-setting performance at the CHSAA State Championships!

Coaching Excellence & Leadership

None of this success would be possible without our dedicated coaching staff. This season, the Mustangs were led by head coach Paul Bonner and assistant coaches Emmett Wolfe, Jacob McCarley, and Wesley Reeves.

Their dedication and tireless efforts have made wrestling at Manitou Springs High School a place where student-athletes can thrive—both on and off the mat. Through their leadership, they have created an environment that is challenging, rewarding, and fun, allowing these athletes to reach their full potential.

More Than Just Athletes

Beyond their incredible achievements in wrestling, Abbie, Kara, Alex, and Hannah exemplify what it means to be Mustang student-athletes. They are not only fierce competitors but also exceptional young women who bring high character, leadership, and positivity to MSHS. Their impact extends far beyond athletics, as they excel academically— boasting a 3.66 average team GPA. This season was a testament to the grit and resilience of our girls’ wrestling team. Their hard work and perseverance continue to raise the bar for Manitou Springs athletics.
